Your First Visit

We're excited you've found us! Please register and sign up in advance to reserve your spot through the MindBody app or come to the studio about 10-15 minutes before your first class to fill out some paperwork. We can't wait to meet you!

 
 

What to Expect

Wear clothes that you can move easily in. Not too tight, not too loose. You want to be comfortable. 

Please silence your cell phones before you arrive, and plan to leave it either in your car or in a cubby. We ask everyone to practice unplugged :)

If you don't have your own mat, yet, we have some available to borrow. If purchasing one for the first time, you'll want to find a mat that's about 1/4" thick. Thicker Pilates mats are not ideal for yoga.

On your first visit, you can take advantage of our intro offer: 2 WEEKS for $49. This gets you 14 consecutive days of classes for $49. Try out as many classes as you can, and visit as many teachers as you can! We think you'll find something you really like.

Meet your teacher and let her know of any injuries, surgeries, or conditions that might limit your movements. There are many ways to get into a pose, and each pose will look and feel a little different for everyone. Your teacher can help you find the right movements for your body.

We have one large restroom available for changing clothes, but no showers. Plan accordingly.

We want it to be easy for you to come see us and enjoy your practice. We truly believe that yoga can heal the body and mind, and provide essential tools for managing your daily stress. It has worked for us, and we want to share that with you. Feel free to call or email with questions, or just stop by and visit us! The studio is open 30 minutes before, 30 minutes after and between classes.
